Prepared by Executive Chef Vikram Sunderam, guests can enjoy the flavorful Turkey Tikka Masala simmered in a Sauce made with onion, tomatoes, ginger, green chilies, and fenugreek. Served with Brussel sprouts pulao, smoked butternut squash, and cranberry dal. The special turkey dish is priced at $20.00, excluding gratuity and tax. The complete a la carte menu is also available on Thanksgiving Day. Rasika Penn Quarter will be open for lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:15 PM and for dinner from 5 PM to 9.45 PM. Valet parking is available for $8.
