Prepared by Executive Chef Vikram Sunderam, guests can enjoy the flavorful Turkey Istew, turkey breast simmered in coconut milk with curry leaves, ginger and green chili, served with smoked butternut squash kootu, Brussels sprouts poriyal and cranberry rice . The special turkey dish is priced at $20.00, excluding gratuity and tax. The complete a la carte menu is also available on Thanksgiving Day. Rasika Penn Quarter will be open for lunch from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM and for dinner from 5 PM to 10 PM. Valet parking is available for $8.
