Dakshini Menu (meaning southern in Sanskrit), a four-course tasting menu featuring vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes typically found in the five southern states of India. A country diverse in its cuisine, South India dishes are based around rice, lentils, and stew. The region is famous for a wide range of spicy foods with each state differing from the others, predominantly from the spiciness of the food, its different varieties, and the method of cooking.
